Indoor grill! I’ve posted about indoor grilling before, but here’s a new recipe for you which put a smile back on my face tonight. Grilled cauliflower steaks. Spice them however you’d like and just stick them on the grill pan for about 15-20 minutes until tender. I used my buffalo spice rub from Pampered Chef on one steak, and a soy sauce and red pepper flake glaze on the other. And, this counts for your Meatless Monday for anyone that follows that! Happy Rainy Monday, ya’ll. 🙂
Buffalo spice rub:
Just drizzle a little olive oil on the cauliflower and sprinkle the spice rub on along with some black pepper. Salt to taste.
Soy sauce glaze:
Marinate the caulifower in a mixture of soy sauce, a dash of Worcestershire sauce, a dash of agave nectar or honey, red pepper flakes, and pepper. Salt to taste but you probably don’t need with the soy sauce.
Pair with a side salad, rice pilaf if you wish, or even some cheese and olives (or everything!) If you’d rather not go meatless, grill up some shrimp or chicken alongside. Enjoy!
